Peak Prostate Dildo by Mr. Hankey’s Toys: Review of an XXL Dildo for Intense Prostate Stimulation

In use, Peak Prostate Dildo mainly surprised me with its ease of use and effectiveness. The first part of getting the crown in requires some preparation and plenty of lube, but once that step is completed, the shape of the model makes it very easy to achieve targeted pressure. Slow movements are what I prefer, although faster movements can also work with sufficient arousal.

This is also what sets it apart from a tool like the Njoy Pure Wand. The latter remains a very good choice for prostate stimulation, but it requires more precision, manual control, and careful positioning. The Peak offers a much more direct approach, with a crown that naturally does much of the work.

Its effectiveness also really surprised me from the very first use. The large crown allows for very pronounced prostate stimulation very quickly, and my testing confirmed a particularly high level of effectiveness in this regard. The Peak proved capable of producing a very rapid response that was noticeably different from what I had experienced with other models.

Peak Prostate Dildo has therefore become my favorite dildo. It may not have the most spectacular design in the Mr. Hankey’s Toys range, but its design is particularly coherent and its effectiveness thoroughly convinced me. For anyone looking for a dildo specifically designed for prostate stimulation, this is a model I would particularly recommend.

Presentation and packaging

A few months after my reviews of Goliath and Atlas, I’m back with Mr. Hankey’s Toys as part of a new collaboration. This time, the brand sent me two models: Peak Prostate Dildo, which I’ll be reviewing here, and Dana’s Grip, covered in the previous review.

This new shipment gives me another opportunity to explore the Mr. Hankey’s Toys catalog. After two initial models with very different designs, these two new creations allow me to look at other approaches from the brand and better understand the choices made according to each model’s shape and intended use.

A new collaboration with Mr. Hankey’s Toys

Mr. Hankey’s Toys is a brand I’ve now known for several years. As I explained in my previous reviews, my history with their products began with the BFG, which was both my first purchase from the brand and the first model to be reviewed on Big Good Dildos.

Since that first experience, I’ve also had the opportunity to test other creations such as Taintacle and Horse Dildo II. This second collaboration therefore marks another step in exploring the brand, with two additional models to examine in detail.

After Dana’s Grip, it is now Peak Prostate Dildo’s turn to be put to the test. Its different design offers another opportunity to look at Mr. Hankey’s Toys’ choices and see how they translate into actual use.

A minimalist packaging approach

The packaging for Peak Prostate Dildo follows the same principle as the first collaboration. The model is simply protected by thick plastic, secured with a sticker bearing the brand’s logo. It provides adequate protection during shipping, and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Once again, the presentation is deliberately stripped down to the essentials, with no dedicated box or storage accessory included with the dildo.

This type of packaging is perfectly functional for shipping, but the lack of a storage solution is more noticeable with a product of this size. A suitable storage bag would make it easier to keep the dildo protected from dust and avoid having to find a suitable place to store it between uses.

Available sizes, firmness levels and options

Like other models from Mr. Hankey’s Toys, Peak Prostate Dildo is available in several sizes and with different silicone firmness levels. The idea is to keep the same design while varying the volume and behavior of the material depending on the size and firmness selected.

For this model, the range is particularly broad, from Xtra-Small all the way up to XXL. The choice of firmness provides another way to adjust the dildo’s behavior according to individual preferences.

Peak Prostate Dildo is currently available in six different sizes. The dimensions gradually increase from a compact version to a much more substantial format.

• 40% Soft – A very soft silicone with plenty of flexibility.
• 75% Soft – A balance between softness and support, generally considered the most versatile option.
• Med Firm – A firmer option offering a more direct feel.
• Extra Firm – The firmest version, providing greater support and structure.

With a model as large as the XXL, the difference in firmness can have a significant impact on its overall behavior. The chosen density affects how much the dildo deforms under pressure and the amount of control it provides during use.

Limited availability for now

At the time of writing this review, Peak Prostate Dildo is not available from Mr. Hankey’s Toys’ usual retailers.

It is therefore not yet easy to find the different sizes and firmness levels in the stores that normally carry the brand’s products.

This situation may of course change over time, particularly as more retailers begin listing the model. For now, its availability remains limited, which also makes the different variants more difficult to find.

Design and construction of Peak Prostate Dildo

When choosing Peak Prostate Dildo and Dana’s Grip, I already knew I was going for two very different approaches. Whereas Dana’s Grip initially caught my attention because of its particularly elaborate design, Peak Prostate Dildo relies on a much simpler construction clearly focused on a specific purpose.

The model is relatively short, with a wide base, a few textural details along the shaft, and above all, a particularly large glans. Its very pronounced crown immediately draws attention and is undoubtedly the central element of its design.

A much more understated design

Peak Prostate Dildo is visually much simpler than Dana’s Grip. The shaft features a few folds and variations in texture, but these seem primarily intended to add some visual relief to the design and should not have a major impact on the sensations.

The main focus is clearly on the upper section. The very large glans contrasts strongly with the rest of the model, while its particularly pronounced crown gives it an immediately recognizable silhouette.

This design directly reflects the model’s purpose. Mr. Hankey’s Toys states that Peak Prostate Dildo was developed in collaboration with PhallophileReviews.com, around a shape designed to target the prostate more directly. The creator also explains that the idea was to retain a sufficiently large head to maintain this pressure while using very soft silicone.

A short, strongly curved silhouette

Peak Prostate Dildo has a very pronounced curve that completely changes its silhouette when viewed from the side. The shaft rises from a particularly wide base before curving forward, while the rounded shape of the glans continues this curve.

The wide, flat base also gives the model a solid foundation and allows it to remain easily upright on a flat surface.

My model also features a Vac-U-Lock hole in the base. I definitely recommend this option for anyone who has a compatible machine or partner.

A design that gets straight to the point

Ultimately, Peak Prostate Dildo is clearly not trying to impress with a complex sculpture. Its design is relatively understated and focuses almost all of its attention on the shape of the glans, its crown, and the curve of the model.

That is precisely what sets it apart from Dana’s Grip. I chose these two models knowing that their approaches would be very different: one for its aesthetic design, the other for a construction focused more directly on its function.

Visually, Peak Prostate Dildo is therefore much more understated, but its silhouette immediately makes it clear what makes it distinctive.

Sensations and user experience

I’ll be direct: Peak Prostate Dildo has become my favorite dildo. When it comes to prostate stimulation, the Njoy Pure Wand has long been one of the reference models. Its metal construction, with two rounded ends and a substantial weight, makes it a particularly well-known tool for targeting the prostate.

The Peak has nevertheless made me reconsider that reference. The main difference lies in how the stimulation is achieved. The Pure Wand remains a very good tool, but its use is more manual, precise, and demanding: you need to work more with positioning and angle to find exactly the area you are looking for.

Peak Prostate Dildo takes a much simpler approach. Its large crown covers a substantial area and, with its almost circular shape, it becomes much harder to miss the prostate. Once correctly positioned, the pressure is immediately noticeable.

Stimulation that is easy to achieve

This is probably what struck me most during my first uses: the Peak allows for very precise stimulation without constantly having to search for the right point of contact.

The curve of the model clearly plays a role here. It naturally follows the shape of the body and allows the crown to reach the right spot. You simply need to use the dildo in the correct orientation, with the glans pointing toward the navel, which logically matches its design.

The first part of getting the crown in does require a little more care, however. It is particularly wide and can make this step somewhat challenging. I therefore recommend progressing gradually and definitely not holding back on the amount of lube.

Once this part is past, I get the best results with slow movements. They make it easy to maintain pressure in the right place and fully take advantage of the model’s shape. Faster movements can also work, but I find them most enjoyable when arousal is already sufficiently high.

I therefore see it as a much more simple and immediate approach to prostate stimulation. The principle remains different from one model to another, but the Peak requires significantly less searching to achieve a well-targeted sensation.

An effectiveness that genuinely surprised me

This is probably the aspect that surprised me most about Peak Prostate Dildo. From the very first use, I experienced a much faster and more intense response than anything I had experienced with this type of stimulation before.

Within less than five minutes, I started having very regular responses, something I had never experienced with a dildo before. What struck me most was therefore not simply the intensity of the sensations, but how easily and quickly they appeared.

Since those first uses, I also feel that my body is more receptive to prostate stimulation. The sensations seem easier for me to identify, and my response has become more obvious. I obviously cannot determine how much of this is due to the model, the experience I have gained, or simply the fact that I have learned to better understand these sensations, but the change is noticeable enough for me to have picked up on it.

This ultimately explains much of my enthusiasm for Peak Prostate Dildo. I expected to test a model specifically designed for the prostate; instead, I discovered a dildo that made me completely rethink my approach to this type of stimulation. After several uses, it has easily become my favorite dildo.

Usage and care tips

Peak Prostate Dildo is ultimately quite simple to use once you understand how to make the most of its shape. Its large crown does require a little preparation during the first insertion, while the curve of the model means that its orientation needs to be respected.

The main thing is therefore to take your time at first and let the shape of the dildo do the work, rather than trying to apply excessive pressure.

Gradual insertion to make the most of the crown

The substantial width of the crown is the main point to keep in mind during insertion. It may require a little more preparation than the rest of the model, particularly during the first few uses.

I therefore recommend a few simple principles:

• use a generous amount of lubricant
• proceed slowly when passing the crown
• take your time if this first step feels uncomfortable
• respect the orientation of the model, with the glans pointing toward the navel
• then favor slow movements to keep the crown in the right position

Cleaning and storage: simple but still important

Like the brand’s other silicone models, Mr. Hankey’s Toys Peak Prostate Dildo can simply be cleaned with warm water and mild soap.

Since its design is much less complex than that of Dana’s Grip, cleaning is also easier. The shaft features a few textural details, but there are no numerous ridges or recesses that require particular attention.

For storage, the usual precautions still apply:

• avoid prolonged contact with incompatible materials (PVC, TPE, jelly, etc.)
• store the dildo in a breathable fabric bag to protect it from dust
• make sure there is enough space for its particularly wide base

As with the other models from this collaboration, no storage bag is provided with Peak Prostate Dildo. A dedicated pouch is therefore a practical addition for keeping it clean between uses.
