TL;DR

The Knot by Uncover Creation is a molded silicone dildo featuring a pronounced side knot, a hollowed-out head, and a lightly textured shaft. It’s available in several sizes, finishes, and with an optional cum tube — tested here.

Tested in the Large and Super Soft version, this dildo is well-made and pleasant to handle, but the sensations remain fairly mild, apart from the knot. The surface textures are subtle, the base is quite narrow, and the cum tube is tricky to use effectively.

A serious, well-finished model that will appeal to those looking for a structured, accessible, easy-to-insert toy — though it may quickly reach its limits for more intense use.

Where to buy The Knot?

A knotted design and a first experience with a cum tube

Following the interview I conducted with the Uncover Creation team, they offered to send me two of their models. I accepted — partly out of curiosity for The Knot’s knotted design, and also to test the cum tube option. The package had a small issue with color selection, and also highlighted a few packaging limitations.

A test following the interview with the brand

This review follows the recent interview with the Uncover Creation team, who also run the brand Sinnovator. After that exchange, they sent me two models: The Alien, already reviewed on the site, and The Knot, featured here.

I chose this model out of curiosity for its knotted design and to try the cum tube option for the first time, which I had never experimented with and found intriguing.

An imperfect first shipment, but well handled

The first package included the wrong color for The Alien. After a simple email, a replacement was promptly sent — nothing to complain about on the customer service side.

The packaging, however, could be improved. The toys were simply wrapped in paper, with no individual bag or storage pouch. As a result, some particles stuck to the silicone — an issue also reported by a Reddit user. Uncover Creation responded publicly, explaining they’re aiming to reduce plastic use, while acknowledging that the current solution isn’t ideal. A new packaging format is in development.

Choosing the right version of The Knot

Before diving into the actual review, here’s an overview of the options offered by Uncover Creation: sizes, firmness levels, finishes, and the optional cum tube. Not all configurations are available for every model, so you have to work with what’s offered at the time of order.

Four sizes available — waiting for something bigger?

The Knot comes in four sizes: X-Small, Small, Medium, and Large. I tested the Large version here — the biggest in their catalog. It’s not a small toy: the dimensions are comparable to what other makers offer in their “large” ranges. It has a good grip and a satisfying overall mass.

But for those used to more extreme toys, the range quickly reaches its limit. XL versions and beyond are clearly missing — they would better showcase the full potential of this kind of ambitious design. When will Uncover Creation scale things up for more demanding users?

Several firmness options depending on the model

For this review, I chose the Super Soft version — a very flexible firmness that’s pleasant to the touch. This silicone grade is used in many of the brand’s toys. Other options include Medium, Squishy Soft, and sometimes Dual Density — though not all are available for every dildo. You’ll need to check product availability on a case-by-case basis.

A wide range of finishes

Uncover Creation offers several finish styles: Solid (single color), Fade (gradient), Marble (marbled effect), and Surprise Me, where the result is left to the maker’s inspiration. This last option comes in two versions: Basic, which is simpler, and Premium, which includes two- or three-color compositions, usually with higher contrast.
Each model also has a signature color scheme, called UC Trademark, which matches the main image on the product page.
For this test, I picked the Surprise Me Premium finish. The dildo I received features a midnight blue and violet mix, with a fairly subtle and metallic look.

Design and handling

Uncover Creation presents a rather unique shape here, built around a central knot. The sculpt is clean, the silhouette balanced, and several carved details add interest without overwhelming the design.

A dildo with clearly segmented forms

The Knot features a structured design divided into distinct zones. The head forms a shallow cup bordered by a thick rim, with one side more pointed — this is where the cum tube outlet is located. Just below, the shape narrows slightly before widening again at the shaft.

The shaft features side ridges and indentations reminiscent of a stylized ribcage. These elements add texture without going overboard. Then comes the knot — the model’s centerpiece: two rounded bulges on each side, separated by a deep groove at the back. The front is less defined, creating an appealing asymmetry in the visual.

Below the knot, a short and simple section connects everything to a textured base, which is narrow and vertically grooved. The shape and volume of this detail are strangely reminiscent of Thanos’s beard.

A clean finish, but slightly repetitive color-wise

The model I received features a midnight blue and violet blend, with a soft metallic sheen. The pour is neat, with no visible flaws, and the overall aesthetic works well — although contrast is somewhat lacking, and the palette is very similar to that of the Alien. Receiving two toys in similar hues from the same order is a bit unfortunate — a bit more variety would have been welcome.

The cum tube integration is generally well executed: the outlet is tucked into the edge of the head, while the inlet is discreetly placed at the base of the toy. That said, the outlet cut could be cleaner (mine had a small bit of excess silicone), and the connector end is cut at an angle, which makes inserting the syringe more difficult.

Using The Knot: What to Expect

The dildo is well made, with clean finishes and a thoughtful design. But during use, some limits become apparent — whether in terms of sensation, stability, or certain options.

Smooth insertion, but minimal texture

The build quality is solid: the silicone feels nice, the finishes are clean, and the shape is well defined. But in use, sensations are fairly mild, apart from the knot.

The head, with its defined rim and cupped shape, might look a bit aggressive at first. It goes in without resistance, but doesn’t generate much stimulation. As with any dildo featuring a hollow, the cup also tends to retain bodily residues, which means you’ll need to be more thorough during cleaning.

The shaft ridges, though visible to the eye, are too subtle to be truly felt during use. Their effect is mainly visual.

The knot, however, is nicely calibrated: it delivers pleasant internal pressure, with a smooth and gradual diameter increase. Notably, the knot’s exit is just as gentle as its entry — a sharper drop-off might have enhanced the “locking” effect once inserted.

A narrow base that could be more secure

The base is barely wider than the knot, which limits the risk of full insertion, but doesn’t provide the same level of safety as a broad and well-defined base. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to consider if you’re looking for hands-free use.

This narrower diameter also affects another aspect: the dildo can’t stand upright on its own, making it less practical for floor play or any setup where stability matters. A wider base would address both issues at once.

A cum tube that underwhelms

I was curious about the cum tube option, but the experience turned out disappointing. The included syringe (60 ml) is too wide to fit in a standard lube bottle, which means you have to fill it manually from the top.

This creates another issue: the lube starts flowing as soon as the syringe is connected, due to the lack of internal pressure. And to make things worse, the connection between syringe and tube is unstable: it disconnects easily, likely because of the slanted cut of the connector tip, making handling even harder — especially when your hands are slick with lube.

Once everything is in place, the stream of liquid is too weak to provide real sensation. As for use cases:

  • To add lube without interrupting penetration, the concept is good, but in practice, a dedicated lube applicator does a better job.
  • For a visual “ejaculation” effect, the idea may appeal — but it seems better suited to vaginal use: in anal play, muscle contractions often block the flow.

The integration into the toy is clean, but the system as a whole is too fussy to be truly useful.

Care and usage tips

A platinum silicone dildo doesn’t require any special care — but if you’ve added a cum tube, a bit more attention is needed. Here are some key points for cleaning, storage, and lube selection.

Cleaning: easy overall, except the internal tube

The Knot is made of body-safe platinum silicone, pigmented through and through. Most of the time, washing it with lukewarm water and mild soap is enough, especially if you use water-based lube.

The one part that needs extra care is the cum tube, which requires thorough internal cleaning. A simple rinse may not be enough — better to flush it with a syringe, using diluted soap followed by clear water. It’s also important to remove all residual liquid to avoid mold or buildup during storage.

If needed, you can sanitize the toy: boil it briefly, run it through the dishwasher (no detergent), or soak it in a 10% bleach solution. The internal tubing handles these methods just fine.

Storage: protect the silicone

Like any silicone toy, it’s best to avoid prolonged contact with questionable materials like PVC or TPE. 100% platinum silicone is stable, but not immune to chemical transfer.

Because of the soft firmness and narrow base, the toy doesn’t stand upright on its own. Storing it flat or in a pouch is better. No storage bag is included by default, so plan for a clean, dry space.

Lubricants: compatible, but choose wisely

The manufacturer says all types of lubricants are compatible — water-based, silicone, and oil. There are no hard restrictions, but common sense still applies: it’s best to avoid cheap, low-grade formulas, not to protect the toy, but to keep your body safe and balanced.

The Knot: a solid base with room to grow

The Knot is built around a clear design: a cupped head, textured shaft, side knot, and a narrow base. The craftsmanship is clean, the silicone pleasant to the touch, and the visual result well executed. The cum tube adds extra functionality, though it’s limited in practical use.

During use, the knot is clearly the highlight: it offers satisfying internal pressure with a smooth and enjoyable progression. But the rest of the toy lacks intensity. The textures on the shaft go mostly unnoticed, and the head, while well sculpted, doesn’t stimulate much. The narrow base could also be improved for a more secure grip.

The Knot will appeal to those seeking an introduction to knotted designs, or an original shape that doesn’t go too far. But for heavier use, this model feels a bit underpowered. A larger version, with a firmer anchor, could really unlock the potential of the design.

Where to buy The Knot

The Knot is sold exclusively through Uncover Creation’s online shop, which offers customizable options across models, sizes, finishes, and extras like the cum tube. Product pages include detailed info on variants and estimated production time.

For orders shipping to the European Union, customs duties and VAT may apply, as the brand is based in the UK. Better to factor that in to avoid surprises at delivery.
